TO:
Friends and family of Orin & Lynae
(AKA: Bob, Bobby; LindaMarie, Lindsey)
We'd like to invite you to our wedding! It will be a splendid time, held at the one and only Western Railway Museum. Friends, family, bride and groom will ride a three-car train departing promptly at 2:30 PM. The ceremony will take place from the balcony of the last car. All are invited to gather in the park afterwards for photographs and appetizers, followed by a dinner reception in the museum's main hall at 5:30 PM.
Please RSVP below, before May 5th, if you think you can make it!
This is a dressy occasion, yet we'd rather you be comfortable and happy than itchy and broke. We encourage wearing fine garments, but remember that our ceremony will be outdoors, in the afternoon, and may be hot. Wear your favorite fancy vintage dress or something from the back of your closet. We would prefer your beloved suit-jacket from the 70s to a brand new blazer. Dress interesting!
We don't have specific "colors" but any faded, soft shade would fit in nicely — particularly aqua, lilac or pale green.

If you would like to bring or send us a wedding gift, it'd be lovely if you help support small businesses or local artists and craftspeople in the process. If you are creatively inclined yourself, and would like to make us something, that would be wonderful as well.
We are registered at Sur la Table, and also have an online registry of possible gifts here. Many of the items can be found at a brick-and-mortar store.
If you would prefer to leave the specific gifts up to us, we would be thrilled with gift certificates for Flora Grubb Gardens or Paxton Gate.
There will be a gift table at the reception.
The train we will be riding on is not wheelchair-accessible. The ride on the train may be a bit bumpy, but is pretty slow and leisurely. If for any reason you are unable to board or ride the train, please let us know. The ceremony itself takes place at a crossroads at the end of the line, and we can arrange for you to drive or be driven there.
We want our wedding to be an awesome place for kids! The train museum is full of fun stuff for them to do! Please keep in mind that trains will be operating on the tracks for most of the day, so watch out for your little ones.
We've kept children in mind with the menu, but your kid's results may vary. If your child is a very picky eater, there is a snack shack at the museum that will serve them hot dogs and such until the museum closes at 5:00. Everyone at the ceremony will be using glass stemware; if your child is too small for that, please bring an appropriate glass or cup for them. We will not have booster seats available, but feel free to bring one if needed.
